House o’ Brews

Tonight was sooo much fun!!  I met up with one of my friends from home for drinks after work and was so psyched to catch up with her (ok maybe catch-up isn’t the best phrase since we hung out last week, but still – love her!!).  Before we met up I had a small salad (not pictured) and some of my leftover pasta puttanesca… I promise, this is the last time you’ll see this for a while.  I just happened to make sooo much of it that I couldn’t waste the leftovers.  It was still good as ever…

I also had some delicious snap pea crisps as I was waiting… so good!!!  If Calbee loves me maybe they will send some free snap pea crisps my way? Hey, it’s worth a shot!

Anyway, my friend and I ended up going to House of Brews on W. 51st and 8th Ave.  Love that place!!  I got two of the special pumpkin brews they had on draft and oh my were they delicious!!  We also got a huuuge bowl of chips and salsa.  I know, not the most balanced meal, but hey, it happens.  It was just so good to see my girl and show her the new apartment   Oh man do I love living in the city!!  Ok, I know, boring post, but I’m pooped!  See you tomorrow!
