My Food Philosophy:
I grew up in a house where processed food was a 4-letter word, which has definitely rubbed off on me and influenced my food choices today! I believe in eating food that is as close to it’s natural state as possible. I know many people can’t comprehend choosing an piece of fruit over a candy bar for a sweet snack, but personally I’ve just grown to like one over the other. I never focus on what I could be having instead, because then you’re bound to never be satisfied with what you do have! There are a million food choices out there – I just try not to include the over-processed things in my possible options of what to eat. That being said… I am human, so obviously I don’t make perfect choices all the time!

What a great philosophy! I love your explanation! So where did you get your title from?

Thanks!! It’s like “Sugar ‘n Spice”, but with Stevia – natural sweetner that I often use to sweeten my teas/lattes in place of sugar.

You can find it at most health food stores. If you don’t have one in your area Amazon.com is a great place to get it. You can buy it in either powder form or liquid form. I prefer the liquid because you can measure out how much you want easier and you don’t have to worry about it not dissolving and mixing into your drink well.
